Deceuninck now becomes Colfax PVC-u profile supplier
9th November 2023
Following the notification from one of our former PVC-u profile suppliers Duraflex, had given notice that they ceased trading as a national supplier from 22nd September 2023. We have a contractual agreement in place to be in a position to obtain profile and components, from the holding company until December 2023, and warranty claims will be honoured for the foreseeable future. This position has now been in changed following the news that the holding company UKWG has also gone into administration thereby relinquishing its obligations to support any warranty claims.
We have therefore decided to utilise our other supplier Deceuninck, to provide our fabrication systems with their alternative 2500 bevel profile system, to run alongside the Deceuninck 2800 feature system as our go to supplier.
We will continue to do our upmost to provide our customers old and new with the best knowledge and support during this changeover period.
