We did not however want to miss the opportunity to thank all those concerned with the work from start to finish. Although we had had work done by you many years ago in our Swanland home, this was a job of much greater size and complexity.
We were impressed at all stages of the work. Your salesman, John Milner, was considerate not only towards us, but also sympathetic to the needs of an older house and was anxious to preserve and maintain character and features, wherever possible. He took considerable time going through the requirements for each windows and explained the options very patiently. He also showed us the factory floor.
The fitters of whom I only know Alan by name, were highly skilled and careful at every stage of the work. The worked in very cold and difficult conditions. They always ensured that we were comfortable at the end of each working day, no mean feat in freezing January! There was minimal disruption both inside and outside and little or no damage to internal decoration. They worked extremely hard and finished exactly as had been predicted.
The end product is excellent the windows (all 25) are of a very high quality and have retained the character of the house perfectly.
